Packaging

All items are packaged with care using a mix of recycled and recyclable packaging, please re-use where you can or be sure to recycle ♻️ even the packing peanuts are compostable or dissolve in water.

Shipping

All UK orders are posted Second Class Signed for. This is 2-3 business day service and requires a signature on delivery. I can only track the parcel once a delivery attempt has been made.

All international orders are posted tracked and signed which means I receive tracking information throughout and it will require a signature on delivery. The delivery times are 3-5 business days for Europe and 6-7 business days for the rest of the world.

Production times

All prints are sent within 3 working days of receiving the order.
All ceramic pieces are hand-painted to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch. If you need an order in a hurry please email me and I can let you know if I can accommodate the timeframe.
